White Non Woven Fabric Container Loaded For U.S. Market

Leave a message

This shipment used 17gsm white non woven fabric and covered both folded pieces and roll packaging. The order included 3×5m sheets, 3×10m sheets, smaller cut sizes such as 1.4×1m and 1.5×3m, as well as 3×100m rolls. Some of the smaller pieces were packed two sheets per bag before being placed into cartons because the customer wanted products that could go directly into warehouse distribution after arrival.

During loading, the cartons were stacked row by row according to size and quantity. Since most cartons shared the same outer dimensions, the loading process was smoother and easier to arrange inside the container. The roll products were placed separately near the inner side to keep them stable during transportation. Workers also left enough space for later unloading instead of filling every gap tightly.

The loading photos were taken after the container arrangement had been completed. From the outside, the shipment looks simple, but the actual loading order had already been adjusted several times before the final arrangement was confirmed. Because the customer handles different sales channels, each specification needed to remain easy to count and separate after arrival in the United States.
